  1. Shipping & Delivery
    We offer shipping to the U.S., U.K., Europe, and select international countries. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Fan Merch Club is not responsible for delays due to:
– Customs processing;
– Postal disruptions;
– Weather events;
– Incorrect addresses provided by customers.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
    All sales are final. Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We may offer replacements or partial refunds only in cases where:
– An item arrives damaged;
– The wrong item was shipped.

To request a resolution, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

– Photos of the issue
– A description of the problem

Cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order. A $32 administrative fee applies to cancellation requests made outside this window (if processing has not yet started).
